Before we begin building, we start beneath the surface. We test soil strength using SPT, Plate Load, and CBR methods to ensure a solid foundation. Water quality is also thoroughly examined for TDS, pH levels, and chlorides to safeguard long-term structural integrity.
We don’t just stop at materials—we test them too. Cement is evaluated for fineness and strength as per IS 4031, while concrete undergoes rigorous mix design and durability testing according to IS 516. Every step is measured, so nothing cracks later.

Strength isn’t just promised—it’s proven. We test steel for tensile and yield strength as per IS 1786, ensuring it holds up under pressure. Bricks are checked for both strength and water absorption following IS 3495, so nothing crumbles over time.
Structural integrity is non-negotiable. We conduct load testing as per IS 456 to make sure every element can take the weight it’s meant to bear. Because lasting strength starts with verified materials.

From smooth POP to lasting paint, we don’t compromise. We check POP for setting time, strength, and expansion, while paint is evaluated for gloss, durability, UV resistance, and abrasion. The result? Finishes that stay flawless for years.
